SENIOR COPYWRITER, Stop & Shop (March 2019–Present)

  • Concept, write and present creative across in-store, digital, social, email and out-of-home channels regarding seasonal campaigns, pickup and delivery services, charitable efforts and customer loyalty program.

  • Served as copy lead for the launch and evolution of our customer loyalty program (GO Rewards), creating digital, print, in-store creative and email campaigns designed for both acquisition and retention.

  • Responsible for both the Stop & Shop brand voice and the management of our editorial style guide to ensure consistency in style, tone and personality across channels and amongst agency partners.

  • Played integral role in launch of Feed It Forward charitable campaign, authoring manifesto to translate strategy into customer messaging and ensuring consistent execution across channels.

ACTING CREATIVE MANAGER, Stop & Shop (August 2023–April 2024)

  • Managed team of 4 art directors and 2 copywriters, leading strategic creative direction and providing feedback across print, digital, social and broadcast campaigns.

  • Partnered closely with Executive Creative Director to align agency creative with brand strategy, providing oversight and feedback on digital, social, TV and radio campaigns, including the launch of Stop & Shop’s "Meet You in the Moment" campaign.

  • Optimized creative briefing process by implementing four guiding principles for more efficient, focused brainstorms and ideation linked to core objectives.

COPYWRITER, Babson College (February 2014–February 2019)

  • Wrote targeted copy for key institutional marketing campaigns that utilize a wide variety of channels, including web, print, email, radio, video and out of home.

  • Collaborated with creative team to conceptualize and present integrated campaigns to institutional clients—campaign audiences included current and prospective students, alumni, staff and corporate partners.

  • Ensured the Babson brand was consistent and effectively conveyed across all channels by adhering to our institutional style guide and marketing best practices.

COPYWRITER (CONTRACT), Vistaprint (June 2013–January 2014)

  • Wrote and presented copy for emails, direct mail pieces, digital banners, and social media assets.

  • Revised previous creative to adhere to current Vistaprint brand identity and product positioning guidelines.

MANAGING EDITOR, C-4 Analytics (January 2010–December 2012)

  • Engaged with clients to develop new content creation strategies and branding consistent with their business’s goals, current promotions, and corporate compliance.

  • Wrote and edited engaging websites, emails, and blog posts geared towards customer conversion.

  • Wrote engaging product and promo copy for entertainment furniture categories and children's products. .
